Today I am going to show you how to make a stress ball! I made one and it feels SOOOOO good! Here are the things you will need:
3 Balloons (any colour)
Scissors
(If you have any of these)You can choose between:
Flour, rice, beads (very small ones), play-dough, orbeez or kinetic sand.
OPTIONAL - Markers for decoration
First step: Get the balloon and fill it up with the thing you want (I used rice)
Second step: Blow the balloon and let some air out 3 times
Third step: Tie the balloon up and cut the excess part (leave the knot on)
Fourth step: Cut the leftover 2 balloon's mouth
Fifth step: Wrap the first balloon around the filled balloon
Sixth step: Wrap the second balloon on the opposite side of the first balloon
Seventh step: S-Q-U-E-E-Z-E your stress out!
OPTIONAL: Decorate it!
