Lenny Faces ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) - Learning In Lockdown

This week our teacher, Ms Corbett, learnt something new. It was... Lenny faces!

What are lenny faces?

Lenny faces are kind of like troll faces, except you can make it with your keyboard. Lenny faces are like this:

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

That is a lenny face.

There are several types of lenny faces like eye roll, money, shrug, eyebrows and more! This is Ms Corbett's faourite out of all I chose:

( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°)

Name: Wait, what?

Type: Eyebrow lenny.

Lenny faces are like memes, except they are used in texts. Some of them even require japanese words and lines and different types of letters!

My favourites:

( ͡°( ͡° ͜ʖ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)ʖ ͡°) ͡°)

[̲̅$̲̅(̲̅ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°̲̅)̲̅$̲̅]

Hope you learnt what a lenny face is!

Lucky Blocks - Free Choice

Hi guys today I will be showing you what Lucky Blocks are in Minecraft! This is what a lucky block looks like:

That is one of the colours of the 4 Lucky blocks. Lucky blocks can come in different colours, and different luck. If you break a Lucky Block, it will give you random stuff, maybe good, maybe bad. If you get a well, just throw anything into the water and it might grant you good things, or it might explode you!

Some of the things are good like swords, armour, and loot, but some are very bad like The Wither, explosions, evil things and all that.

In some versions, if you craft a lucky block with emeralds, diamonds, gold or iron, it will gain more luck, and you might get better stuff. If you want to try it out on Minecraft Education Edition, you can go to this link, it will give you the pack, just download it and import it into Minecraft Education Edition.
Minecraft Google Drive

NOTE: It is on hard mode so if you want it to be easy or normal, just switch it in Settings and play.

Jigsaw Puzzle Warm Up - Learning In Lockdown

Hi guys today I want to show you this cool jigsaw puzzle game. We used it as a warm up and now our whole class is kind of addicted to it! There are several puzzles including air-crafts, food, animals, horizons, and decorations! This is the best I've solved so far:

It contained 252 jigsaw pieces and it took me around an hour and a half to finish it! I think it was worth it as it is really pretty and it is also fun to do!
If you go to the website: www.jigsawplanet.com, it will lead you to a whole lot of solvable jigsaw puzzles and pretty images for you!

Have fun solving bloggers!

Minecraft Part 2 - Free Choice

Hey guys, today I will be showing you something I added to my world in Minecraft Education Edition. You should remember the thing I build last time, which was Nicole's Eatery:

This is what I started off with.

I added this at the end of the walkway.

A whole picture of my world.

The gift shop!

I made a mini bathroom & shower.

Of course you need a ticket!

I added a roller coaster ride in the boat so it goes underground.

I hope you like what I added! If you have any more ideas, leave them in the comments!

Letters and Sounds - Learning In Lockdown

Today we made words that have a 'ch' sound but don't have the letters 'ch' together. Here are some of the words we came up with - mine was 'ciao' as it kinda sounds like 'chow' but it isn't.

We did the 'sh' sound last week and there were a lot of words! I like doing these, it's really fun!

Minecraft - Free Choice

Hi guys today I will be showing you guys my Minecraft eatery I made myself! Enjoy!

I put a mini railway as takeaways and delivery roads and I made a 3 storey dine in place. I even added a mini spa and an armour shop! Hope you like my building! I made these because I could let my friends join into my world and we could role-play in this world or we could practice cooking in Minecraft.

Warm Up Tasks - Learning In Lockdown

Today Ms Corbett gave us a warm up task to do, it was a memory game. I think you all have heard of this game called Tricky Cups. It's a game where you put a coin underneath 1 out of 3 cups. Then the person swaps the cups around a couple times and the guesser has to guess which cup the coin is in. There are levels and each 3 levels, there is one coin added, and there are more cups. Here is the link to the game:  Tricky Cups

Hope you like the game! I got up to level 9 with a score of 11000. Try and beat me!
